Booking Terms and Conditions

At Cool Morocco Trips, we aim for it to be right: the booking process for all our guests becomes a breeze.

Payment and Terms:

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, or bank transfer.
A deposit of 30% of the total payment is required to confirm a booking.
The Full balance is payable in cash on the first day of your tour to your guide or driver.

Cancellation:

We know that plans can change, so we have worked to make our cancellation policy as flexible as possible. Here it is:

Early Cancellation:

If you cancel your tour 15 days or more before the commencement of the trip, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Late Cancellation:

If you cancel your trip in the period consisting of 10 to 14 days before the starting date of your tour, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount you paid.
If you cancel in under 9 days of your tour start date, you will not be able to recover your payments, but: We will be happy to reschedule your tour or make alternate arrangements based on your new plans.

We can keep your deposit in your name as credit for a future trip with Cool Morocco Trips.
