Day 1: Errachidia ⇢ Ziz Valley ⇢ Erfoud ⇢ Merzouga Desert.
This camel journey begins at Errachidia, traveling through beautiful Ziz Valley with its palm groves and old kasbahs. The closer we get to Erfoud, a town full of fossil workshops and lively markets, the more this adventure will lead us to Merzouga and its golden dunes.
At sunset, experience a camel trek across the magnificent Erg Chebbi dunes, with sand waves stretching endlessly into the horizon. A warm Berber welcome awaits at a desert encampment, along with the food break, and the mesmerizing Saharan music in the starry sky.
Day 2: Merzouga Desert Exploration ⇢ Errachidia.
Experience the sunrise over the dunes early: it will carve unforgettable memories. After breakfast, take a look around Merzouga and venture to visit the nearby nomads, feeling the tranquility of the desert, before heading back to Errachidia to end this short but memorable escape into the desert.
