Day And Night Merzouga Camel Ride Itinerary

Day 1: Hotel ⇢ Camel Ride ⇢ Oasis ⇢ Sunset ⇢ Desert Camp.

Set out easily at 10 AM from the village, where your friendly camels await. The swaying of your ride and the long stretches of golden dunes will leave you in wide-eyed wonder. You will pause around noon at an oasis where the palm trees give the much-needed shade and lunch will be a mouth-watering Berber pizza.

Late afternoon is the time for sunset; your guide will lead you up to a high dune for the best view. Ride a sandboard down the slope for fun! The caravan heads to a desert camp, where there will be a warm welcome, a hearty dinner, and a lively campfire as the stars twinkle above.

Dance, tell stories, and look up to a night sky so full of stars that you could reach out and touch them. Pure magic.

Day 2: Desert Camp ⇢ Camel Ride ⇢ Merzouga.

Early in the morning, behold a soft desert sunrise that will give you tranquillity that will stay with you forever. After breakfast, jump on your camel and enjoy the calm ride back to the village, breathing fresh air for one last time whilst soaking in the view of the dunes.
